FAQ

  • What do I do if I have chest pain (or other serious medical condition)?
  •   If you are having chest pain or other serious medical problems, you should call 9-1-1 immediately. Please remember that the office is for routine follow-up care, not for urgent or emergent care. Our physicians provide coverage at Cape Canaveral Hospital to help handle any urgent cardiac needs you might have.
  • What should I bring to my first appointment?
  •   The following items should be brought to your first visit to Cape Heart Group: 1) You must bring a current copy of your insurance card(s), as well as any co-pay required by your insurance company. 2) Bring a picture ID, such as your Drivers License. 3) You should bring any pertinent medical records that have not already been forwarded by your current physician. 4) Bring a referral from your primary care physician, if required. 5) Bring the New Patient Form (you'll find it by clicking the "New Patient From" button above). Please fill it out ahead of time to expedite your visit. 6) Bring all of your medicines in their original bottles. 7) Bring a sweater (sometimes it's a bit chilly!)
  • Where are you located?

  • Do you accept new patients?
  •   Yes, we are accepting new patients. We accept Medicare and most other insurance, although we do not accept Medicaid. Please click the "Office Info" button above for more information.
